Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Larry is a dedicated community advocate. Since 2008, he has been a pillar of the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Having previously served as both Board Chair and Walk Chair. Larry is dedicated to giving back to others and has participated in several mission trips to Cuba with his church.
Rob started his career as a CPA at a large public accounting firm. Since then, he’s had three decades of leadership experience, primarily serving as an operational chief financial officer for public and privately held technology organizations. An experienced MicroAge associate, Rob returned to the company for the third time in 2016 to drive MicroAge operations forward with his leadership, strategy and vision.
Larry has more than three decades of experience in the technology space. A UCLA grad, he has worked at IBM and Arrow Electronics, and served as a vice president and general manager for Avnet Technology Solutions before coming to MicroAge. As MicroAge’s vice president of marketing and technology, Larry’s vision has sparked transformation of our core business to become a complete services and solutions organization.
Tracey made her start as an account executive at MicroAge in 1993. Over three decades, she’s taken on roles from account development to product marketing—learning every aspect of the business and the IT industry. Tracey’s experience in sales leadership and strategy, demand generation and background in channel has supported MicroAge in propelling a sales-driven organization as our vice president of sales.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at MicroAge, Tim plays a key role in shaping the company’s technology strategy and advancing its innovation agenda. He leads sales engineering and drives regional sales efforts in key markets across the country.
Previously, Alex was the Global VP of Channel Sales at Ping Identity where he focused on designing and selling identity security solutions through partners around the world. Before Ping Identity, Alex held various Americas and Global VP roles over the cybersecurity business at global IT distributors, TD SYNNEX, Tech Data and Avnet, where he was responsible for accelerating sales through a global partner ecosystem. Ryals has more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector with a deep background in delivery services, solution architecture, sales and leadership. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Computer Science.
